TOI – What if owning a home could start with just ₹49? That’s the pitch from Aawas Yojana, a new housing tech platform. Users book slots for RERA-approved projects, increasing chances via multiple entries.

The app also offers 0% EMI pathways with escrow safeguards. “A coffee costs ₹99, but now a dream home can start with ₹49,” said Shivam Badoni, CTO. The pilot has been launched in Dehradun with plans to expand pan-India.
